About The Position

The Supervisor Maintenance schedules and directs the maintenance and machine shop department functions, including managing salaried and hourly employees in both departments. The role maintains budgets and ensures continuous support for plant operations, equipment, buildings, and grounds. Responsibilities include directing equipment repair and maintenance activities, maintaining preventive maintenance programs and parts inventory, and coordinating equipment repair schedules with supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related field, preferably in a leadership role.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills and ability to use related office equipment, especially Microsoft Office applications.

• Maintain parts and supplies inventory for the facility and equipment.
• Work with supervisors to schedule equipment repairs.
