The Machine Shop team is responsible for delivering high-precision, high-quality machined components essential for the Terran R's success. This role offers the chance to combine technical skill with creativity, working closely with engineering and design teams to enhance part designs and manufacturing solutions. The team utilizes best-in-class machinery in an expanded, state-of-the-art machine shop to support the scale and pace of the Terran R program. This position provides a direct line of sight from craftsmanship to flight hardware, ensuring immediate impact. Training pathways are available for career advancement, from machine operation to programming.
Requirements
- Experience identifying manufacturing process gaps and analyzing their impact on the production system
- Experience administrating/delegating daily work assignments to your team
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Responsibilities
- Full ownership and accountability over several teams of CNC operators
