About The Position

The Machine Shop team is responsible for delivering high-precision, high-quality machined components essential for the Terran R's success. The team utilizes best-in-class machinery in an expanded, state-of-the-art machine shop to support the scale and pace of the Terran R program. This position provides a direct line of sight from craftsmanship to flight hardware, ensuring immediate impact. Training pathways are available for career advancement, from machine operation to programming.

Requirements

  • Experience identifying manufacturing process gaps and analyzing their impact on the production system
  • Experience administrating/delegating daily work assignments to your team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership and accountability over several teams of CNC operators
