About The Position

As part of the Gallo Glass training team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how employees learn, grow, and succeed. This role partners closely with leaders and team members across the organization to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support operational excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll apply forward-thinking instructional design practices using a blend of instructor-led and technology-based tools, ensuring training is engaging, effective, and aligned with business needs. You’ll support the full lifecycle of training—from intake and needs analysis through execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Working with learning partners and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll help translate performance needs into practical learning solutions while ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across programs. You’ll also contribute to the development of training schedules, learning plans, and on-the-job training practices, including Training Within Industry (TWI). In this role, you’ll facilitate training for audiences with varying levels of experience, support Train the Trainer efforts, and participate in continuous improvement events as a training subject matter expert. You’ll also help maintain accurate training records and provide insights through metrics and reporting to monitor progress and program success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or HS diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience leading project teams.
  • Required to work an off-shift (swing or graveyard) when necessary.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access at an intermediate level.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience handling unusual or difficult inquiries/situations through direct personal action or referring to the appropriate individual.
  • Skilled in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentations, process development, analysis and problem solving.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with Training Within Industry (TWI) or structured on-the-job training methodologies.
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
