About The Position

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+, and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying, and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team. OMG23 is looking for a Media Supervisor to lead the charge on cross-channel campaigns for some of the biggest brands in entertainment. You’ll guide a team, keep campaigns running smoothly, and help connect strategy to execution. You see both the big picture and the tiny details—and you know how to make them work together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of media planning experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an integrated planning role
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring junior team members required
  • Strong experience planning for national television and digital
  • Proficient in proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools
  • Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
  • Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative

Nice To Haves

  • Experience planning TV or digital
  • Upfront experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to shape media strategy and objectives
  • Oversee development, delivery, and optimization of integrated media plans—TV, digital, and beyond
  • Lead and mentor a team, supporting skill growth and workload balance
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and keep communication clear, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on track
  • Collaborate with creative, activation, and analytics teams to deliver unified campaigns
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, media innovations, and new partnership opportunities
