Verizon Business is revolutionizing how we engage with our Small Business customers in a virtual way, this new role is an expansion of those virtual engagement and outreach efforts. As a Strategic Inside Sales Supervisor, you will spend the majority of your time coaching and leading your inside sales team in base growth efforts, new logo onboarding and overall customer experience engagement through our blended call queue. You’ll be part of our Virtual sales team building our client-base and making our current customers experience best in class service. Your team's client experience will be in your hands as they interact with new and existing customers to drive revenue and business success while ensuring first-class service.
