Requirements

  • A consultative sales mindset - you know how to prospect, build pipeline, and close with confidence
  • A passion for coaching and developing sales talent to hit (and exceed) goals
  • Experience using lead gen tools, outbound strategies, and CRM systems to drive results
  • The ability to turn KPIs and activity metrics into action plans that boost performance
  • Strong communication skills - you can influence, inspire, and build trust with dealer partners and internal teams
  • Confidence navigating objections and complex sales conversations
  • A highly organized, execution-focused approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Relationship Management, Outside Sales, and more
  • Solid negotiation skills, business acumen, active listening, and time management expertise

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in driving sales performance while providing essential support, coaching, and supervision to our team of Business Development Managers.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to reinforce effective sales behaviors and address any challenges team members may face.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), activity levels, and pipeline health to identify performance gaps, effectively implementing improvement plans to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Communicate vital system and process updates to your team.
  • Collaborate closely with both Inside and Outside Sales leadership to support dealer growth, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our business development initiatives.
