The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting Inside Sales Representatives (ISR's) along with managing a reasonably sized territory. Supervisor is responsible for providing training, job support and coaching on day-to-day activities. Assist in growing revenue by reaching out to existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. Duties and responsibilities will include guiding the ISRs through customer engagement activities, ensuring forecasts and records are updated, and cascading information and training to the team. Eastern and Central Time Zone is preferred.
