About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, call center sales, or a similar revenue‑driven environment
  • Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing training, skill development, and performance feedback
  • Train new sales representatives
  • Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs including close rate, call activity, serviced revenue, and lead conversion
  • Hold team members accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly performance standards
  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
  • Develop, refine, and maintain sales scripts, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and results
  • Oversee all inbound lead activity to ensure timely follow‑up and zero lead leakage
  • Take sales calls as needed to support team coverage and maintain firsthand understanding of customer needs
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Forecast sales performance and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership
  • Recommend process enhancements, training initiatives, and strategic adjustments based on data insights
