About The Position

Calyx Living is hiring a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The role supports supervision of care staff, administers medications, and assists Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in providing personal care services to seniors. The position is for all shifts and requires availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina Medication Technician (MT) certification.
• Active CPR certification.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents on a daily basis.
• Supervise care staff.
• Administer medications.
• Support Personal Care Assistants in providing personal care services to residents.
• Keep the work schedule updated as call-outs and changes occur.
• Ensure staff training is up to date.
• Follow established safety precautions.
