Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech
About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Assisted Living Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. This role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) by providing personal care services to seniors. Key duties include assisting residents daily, supervising staff, maintaining an updated work schedule to accommodate call-outs and changes, ensuring training is current, and adhering to safety precautions.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
- Active North Carolina MT Certification required
- Active CPR Certification required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living
