About The Position

Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Assisted Living Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. This role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors. The position requires ensuring staff training is up-to-date and adhering to established safety precautions.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of care staff.
• Administer medications.
• Support Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors.
• Provide assistance to residents on a daily basis.
• Supervise staff.
• Maintain an updated work schedule considering call outs and changes.
• Ensure staff training is up to date.
• Follow established safety precautions.
