Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Operations Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Imaging Center operations, managing high-volume production deliverables, and driving the end-to-end transformation of physical documents into digital assets. You will lead a dedicated department of fifteen to thirty employees, driving operational workflow design and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment managing teams of 15–30 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging processes, data extraction methodologies, and operational workflow design.
  • Proven ability in team leadership, personnel development, and cross-training.
  • Exceptional project management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production workflows and manage project timelines to guarantee the highest quality and outcome of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple areas of Iron Mountain and communicate effectively with external clients to resolve operational issues and improve procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by leading, mentoring, and cross-training department employees.
  • Support the team's invoicing processes systematically to ensure smooth operational accounting.
