About The Position

The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a team of Customer Service Specialists and Medical Administrative Assistants. This role organizes and manages workflow, provides work direction and training, fosters a positive work environment, and supports teammate performance and development. The position is remote and is part of DaVita Kidney Care’s Integrated Kidney Care division, which coordinates care for people with late-stage chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. The posted annual salary range is $78,000–$94,000.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations management.
• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to the Customer Service and Administrative Team.
• Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow.
• Provide work direction.
• Conduct formal and ad hoc training.
• Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment.
• Manage teammate employment activities, including hiring, promotion, job performance, and disciplinary actions, with required approvals.
• Address teammate relations issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Facilitate teammate development through performance development reviews, coaching, mentoring, and training; collaborate with direct reports on professional development goals.
• Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.
• Understand basic wage and hour laws and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports.
• Track overtime, attendance, and paid time off.
• Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences, and trainings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
