Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (5+)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Provides immediate supervision to semi-skilled support team members.
Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals.
Maintains schedules and workflow of the team.
Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and training.
Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the datacenters.
Executes specified routine tasks.
Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan.
Provides input and guidance towards budget.
Overall site capacity supervision.
Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards.
Assists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems.
Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident.
