About The Position

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experience. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of employees. The Supervisor is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees towards established goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s degree OR Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties OR Demonstrated proficiency as an administrative support III or similar support position at SCF.
  • Thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of the Alaska Native population served by SCF.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor I level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor I at SCF.
