About The Position
Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of volunteers and employees to provide prompt and courteous service to all customers. The role involves instructing staff on policies, procedures, and goals, as well as selecting, pricing, and promoting merchandise to ensure profitability. Requirements
- High School diploma plus specialized training
- 3 years Technical Experience
- Intermittent hand manipulation required
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20-30 pounds which can be modified

Responsibilities
- Directing and coordinating the activities of volunteers and employees to provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Instructing volunteers and paid employees regarding Pink Geranium policies, procedures and goals, as well as Hospital policies and safety issues for safe and efficient service for customers.
- Selecting, pricing, and promoting merchandise so that the Gift Shop is profitable for the Auxiliary.
