Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Partner with leadership to execute operational goals and performance metrics
Monitor workflows, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery standards
Coach and develop team members, including performance management
Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations
