About The Position

Supervises/oversees assigned area(s) ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling, training, and other staffing related activities to ensure accurate/timely productivity, sanitation, and safety guidelines are met. Assists manager(s) in a variety of responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned areas and personnel ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling, training, and filling in when needed to ensure accurate and timely productivity, meeting sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assists manager(s) and/or other personnel as needed with a variety of responsibilities including: interviewing, performance evaluations, counselings, reporting, in-service classes, addressing department down time, safety issues, department problems, and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Trains and monitors staff in a positive manner on hospital and department policies, safety, sanitation, computer use, and documentation.
• Communicates employee, equipment, and department needs to management.
• Supports management and peers by words/action.
