Job Purpose The IT Field Service Engineering supervisor is one of the key management interfaces with the business in a specific region or country from a service management perspective. In this role, the incumbent will also provide regular reporting on service provision and improvement opportunities. The IT Field Service Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the FSE team on completing daily operations with EZVista tickets, user support, keeping storage room organized, keeping up to date documentations. The FSE supervisor will assist the IT management with projects and tasks handed down from above.
