Requirements

Bachelors degree or 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Nice To Haves

Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
Develops and maintains procedures and staffing manuals to provide referral information to staff regarding policies and practices
Assists department director in maintaining the engineering capability
Supervises the preventative maintenance schedules, works orders, and projects.
Assists in the planning of major repairs, renovations and construction.
Conducts patrols by vehicle or on foot with objective of protecting personnel and property.
Informs Director of Facility Services of activities, needs and problems relating to unsafe conditions, safety violations, security problems, and suspicious person on premises; patrols building and grounds in an attempt to prevent these incidents.
Develops goals and work projects (maintenance, lawn care) and ensures they are completed.
Assists in facility inspections and corrects any maintenance deficiencies.
Performs or ensures that preventative maintenance, repairs, etc. are completed on all facility equipment
Manage staff effectively, including productivity, hiring, evaluation of performance, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions
Reports to assigned Manager or Director
