About The Position

Parker Aerospace is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for its Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. The role oversees facility and equipment maintenance supporting aerospace production, including planning and assigning daily work, maintaining plant systems, managing contractors and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements. The supervisor serves as the technical authority for plant equipment, utilities, mechanical systems, and facility operations, and works with Production, Engineering, and EHS to maintain equipment readiness and safe operations.

The position develops and improves preventive and predictive maintenance programs, investigates failures and implements corrective actions, and supports facility upgrades, capital projects, and long-term infrastructure planning. It also maintains maintenance records and documentation and communicates work status, project progress, and reliability metrics to leadership. The role is primarily day shift, with occasional off-shift or weekend support during critical repairs or upgrades.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, industrial maintenance, manufacturing support, equipment maintenance, or related operational roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems, including pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, controls wiring, and instrumentation.
• Experience creating, managing, or improving preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data tracking.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work primarily day shift and provide occasional off-shift or weekend support during critical repairs or upgrades.
• Limited electrical maintenance license.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; certain positions may require specific citizenship or other eligibility status under export compliance or government contracting requirements.
• Subject to drug testing as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills.
• PLC knowledge or controls experience; training can be provided.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing.
• Experience with machining equipment such as a lathe, mill, or drill press.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work based on production schedules, safety needs, and asset criticality.
• Promote a culture of reliability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Manage contractor activities to ensure work meets engineering requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts management, and procurement of tools, equipment, and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, facility codes, and operational regulations.
• Serve as the technical authority for plant equipment, utilities, mechanical systems, and facility operations.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions for equipment or facility failures.
• Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including schedules, documentation, KPIs, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting aerospace production.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, utility improvements, expansions, and infrastructure modifications, including HVAC changes, machinery moves, lighting, foundations, and space optimization.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and engineering documentation.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to ensure equipment readiness and support new manufacturing processes.
• Work with EHS to promote safe work practices and mitigate hazards across facility systems.
• Support capital projects, equipment selection, and long-term facility and infrastructure planning.
• Communicate maintenance status, project progress, and reliability metrics to leadership.
