This role involves assisting in the supervision of Team Members in accordance with Bally’s Casino Shreveport's policies and procedures. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Team Member scheduling based on business volumes and guidelines, anticipating and fulfilling Team Member needs, and maintaining accurate daily shift reports. The position also involves developing and maintaining an incentive program to motivate Team Members, assigning and following up on side duties, and conducting daily pre-shift meetings to communicate business needs. A key aspect of this role is building a harmonious working environment, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring professional interactions with both Team Members and guests. The Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Team Cafe during operating hours.
