This position assists in supervising all Team Members in accordance with Bally’s Casino Shreveport's policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining scheduling, fulfilling Team Member needs, completing daily reports, motivating the team, assigning and following up on duties, conducting pre-shift meetings, fostering a harmonious working environment, providing feedback, and ensuring the Team Cafe is maintained and cleaned. The job requires the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. The work environment is typically loud, with occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and electrical shock. The role also requires the ability to work in a smoking environment.
