About The Position

The Supervisor of Eligibility/Enrollment plays a critical role in ensuring that all applicants and beneficiaries receive accurate and timely enrollment services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in eligibility and enrollment processes, with a minimum of 3 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working within a Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit fund is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the eligibility and enrollment team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance in processing applications and determining eligibility.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve enrollment processes and customer service delivery.
  • Analyze enrollment data and metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services for clients.
