About The Position

The Supervisor - Electrical & Instrumentation leads assigned employees and contractors and supports the planning, scheduling, and coordination of safe, resource-ready electrical and instrumentation maintenance work for the Metallurgical Complex. The position translates approved plant priorities and schedules into daily assignments and directs work execution to support safe, reliable performance, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement. The role ensures maintenance is performed in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, electrical, instrumentation, and site requirements. It verifies safe work conditions, personnel qualifications and authorizations, tools and testing equipment, permits, and work controls. The supervisor communicates priorities and expectations, assigns work based on approved priorities and available resources, and provides accurate field and work-readiness information to Planning. The supervisor also ensures preventive, predictive, condition-based, statutory, calibration, testing, and regulatory maintenance is completed and documented on time, and that work orders are closed with accurate labor, materials, equipment condition, failure, testing, calibration, follow-up, and variance information.
