Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication and people management skills
1-3 years’ experience in consumer products required.
Computer and database application skills.
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines, pallet jack certification as required
Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Nice To Haves

Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with DOT regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Be committed to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain proper staffing levels to optimize efficiencies and delivering customer service through effective hiring, training, coaching or full, part time and seasonal merchandisers.
Foster a fun result driven work environment that achieves results in a safe, professional and ethical environment.
Assist District Manager in leading Sales Team to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives and deliver business plan goals
Work with District Managers and Distribution to develop various schedules that utilize resources that optimize customer service and efficiencies with ability to adjust as necessary.
Establish trade routines to lead, teach and coach merchandisers and influence performance of Account Managers to drive RED improvement.
Manage within Labor and OPEX budget
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
