About The Position

Join ORTC, LLC as a District Clinical Supervisor, guiding counseling staff across several treatment sites. This Medford-based role focuses on clinical leadership, team support, and maintaining strong program standards.

Requirements

  • Licensure as an CADC II and QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the state of Oregon.
  • 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program.
  • Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to counseling staff across multiple clinic sites, ensuring consistent use of evidence‑based practices and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Coordinates staff development, training, and professional support across locations to promote standardized clinical services and strong patient outcomes throughout the district.
  • Supervises counselors and professionals in training, including those requiring supervision for certification, licensure, or regulatory compliance, while offering ongoing guidance and support to the counseling team.
  • Supports the clinical team through consultation, coaching, and professional development to ensure the delivery of evidence‑based, patient‑centered services.
  • Assists team members in helping patients identify strengths, build recovery skills, and work toward social, educational, vocational, and occupational goals while promoting a healthy, drug‑free lifestyle.
  • Oversees clinical supervision processes, ensuring staff compliance with program policies, procedures, documentation standards.
