You'll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise drivers and contractors, and drive continuous improvement—all while working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. Requirements

3+ years in transportation management
3+ years in people management
B2B management experience
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable with evolving technology and digital tools
Grit, energy, and a hands-on approach
Action-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Strong business acumen combined with innovative thinking

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day operations for Dedicated Transportation clients
Manage independent contractor driver assignments and coordinate backup coverage as needed
Ensure your team has the orientation and resources they need to succeed
Address performance issues and client concerns promptly, keeping management informed
Drive continuous process improvement and maintain high client satisfaction
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders about performance, updates, and changes
Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients
Prepare and submit reports on operational activities
