Responsibilities

  • Supervise personnel in charge to ensure compliance with their duties, controlling attendance, shifts, vacations, overtime, and reporting vacancies promptly.
  • Apply performance improvement processes and follow up on personnel incidents to maintain productivity.
  • Control material resources assigned to the production process, verifying consumption and waste to optimize costs.
  • Take preventive and corrective actions to reduce waste during production.
  • Assign necessary raw materials to ensure the continuity of the production process.
  • Review operational conditions of equipment, managing maintenance and necessary resources to avoid downtime.
  • Supervise compliance with production procedures, including filling, washing, rinsing, and inspection of containers according to specifications.
  • Ensure correct registration of processes and production documentation generated in the plant.
  • Verify compliance with the daily production program and achievement of established objectives.
  • Register production in systems, performing counts, cuts, and reports in coordination with involved areas.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and quality control for production closure and validation of results.
  • Implement and follow up on quality and safety management system guidelines applicable to the process.
  • Promote continuous improvement, identifying deviations and activating corrective actions in processes and indicators.
  • Monitor operational risks and establish controls to ensure the quality, safety, and security of the process.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop the competencies of operational personnel for the correct performance of their activities.
  • Communicate deviations or risks that may affect product quality, personnel safety, or the environment.
  • Contribute to compliance with environmental practices and responsible use of resources.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, supervising compliance with safety and hygiene measures.
  • Stop processes when quality, safety, security, or environmental impact risks are detected, informing management accordingly.
