About The Position

The CT Scan Supervisor is responsible for the 24/7 oversight of CT operations, including staffing, workflow management, quality assurance, and departmental performance. This role provides leadership to CT technologists, ensures high-quality patient care, manages departmental resources, and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• ARRT Registered Radiography (ARRT-R)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Minimum 3 years of CT imaging experience
• Minimum 1 year of CT leadership or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CT department operations and staffing.
• Ensure quality and compliance of CT imaging services.
• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to CT staff.
• Drive departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
