Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinical Services Supervisor at Bailey-Boushay House, you will oversee daily nursing operations and patient care delivery within your assigned area, collaborating with the Clinical Manager/Director to supervise clinical staff. Your daily responsibilities include organizing, planning, and directing clinical and management activities to ensure seamless, high-quality care, helping maintain patient care continuity, and supporting administrative, educational, and quality initiatives. You will also mentor new staff and ensure comprehensive, culturally sensitive, 24/7 nursing care that prioritizes patients' medical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, emphasizing quality of life. Success in this role requires collaboration with personnel to maintain and implement current standards of care and practice for our specialized patient populations, including those with and without AIDS requiring end-of-life care for conditions like ALS, Huntington's disease, or other life-limiting illnesses.
