Float Inpatient Clinical Supervisor – Lead with Care, Serve with Compassion

Provide direct, hands-on patient care, ensuring safe, high-quality treatment while leading by example.
Coordinate daily clinical operations, helping the unit run smoothly and efficiently.
Support and guide clinical staff, holding team members accountable to the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff, patients, and families.
Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and safety, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience including one year experience in pediatric nursing Required
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license Upon Hire Required
• BLS - Basic Life Support Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days Required
• ACLS Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (ED and CCU only) within 180 Days Required
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required (NICU only). Upon Hire Required

• Previous supervisory or lead experience Preferred
