About The Position

The Supervisor Clinical Digital Care oversees day-to-day clinical activities across a variety of environments, including Digital Radiology. In collaboration with the Manager, this role determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, and monitors care delivered by the digital care team. The supervisor supports collaboration across the continuum of One OSF and champions service excellence to help ensure the agencies strive to be the provider of choice. The role promotes quality patient care, serves as a professional role model and clinical and technical resource, and supports the development of staff and self. The supervisor also performs digital care nurse duties on a regular basis. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with 2–3 days onsite and the remainder of the week potentially remote. Onsite attendance is required every Wednesday and for mandatory meetings, LDIs, training days, and similar events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
