About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director, the Supervisor Clinic Operations directs the day-to-day operations of an assigned physician practice, including financial and personnel management, and provides physician support. The role exercises independent judgment and discretion and makes administrative decisions within agreed-upon limitations, taking action based on knowledge of the organization, its policies and procedures, and personnel. Works with minimal supervision.

The position is with Covenant Medical Group and is part of Providence’s patient-focused, whole-person care culture.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of job-related experience.
• Two years of leadership experience, which may include direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the assigned physician practice.
• Manage financial and personnel matters for the practice.
• Provide support to physicians.
• Make administrative decisions and take action within agreed-upon limitations, based on knowledge of the organization, its policies and procedures, and personnel.
