Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Supervisor for their Children, Youth & Family Mobile Crisis Response program. This non-profit organization has a long-standing presence in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues across all age groups. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH emphasizes recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The Child, Youth, and Family Mobile Crisis Response (CYFMCR) team serves children and youth aged 0-20 and their families, offering 24/7 support to resolve behavioral health crises within the community. The program prioritizes referrals from hospitals, law enforcement, fire departments, co-responder teams, high utilizers, the juvenile justice system, shelters, family members, and self-referrals. The Supervisor will provide direct supervision to staff, participate in program planning and evaluation, train and supervise staff to ensure program goals are met, and offer consultation to other FBH staff and the community. The role supports mobile crisis response operations, including crisis intervention and evaluation services for youth, adults, and families. Mobile crisis response services encompass rapid response, assessment, intervention, supportive counseling, and linkage to resources and ongoing treatment. Services are primarily delivered in the community, with potential for engagement at inpatient facilities.
