About The Position

This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring children and families receive a timely, coordinated, and compassionate response following allegations of abuse. As the first point of contact for many families and multidisciplinary partners, the Central Intake Supervisor oversees a fast-paced intake process that supports forensic interviews, medical evaluations, and other critical services. This position supervises intake staff, manages complex scheduling, ensures the accuracy of case information, and collaborates with investigative and community partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, criminal justice, behavioral health, public administration, human services, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex scheduling and operational challenges, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience utilizing electronic health records, case management systems, or other database platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
A hospitable disposition, skill in public relations, and a patient, objective, non-judgmental attitude.
Strong organizational skill, computer skill, flexibility, and ability to work independently and on a team.
Ability to assess age-appropriate language, verbal and non-verbal communication and exceptional recall abilities.
Strong skill in prioritizing job tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with professionals from various disciplines and agencies.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in child advocacy, victim services, behavioral health, healthcare, criminal justice, or a related human services setting.
Experience coordinating services within a multidisciplinary environment.
