About The Position
AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor, Card Services to lead the daily operations of its Card Services team. The role oversees credit and debit card services, develops and supports employees, resolves complex cardholder issues, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and the member experience. The supervisor oversees daily card operations and issuance, card settlements and postings, Salesforce tickets, cardholder issues, and general ledger balancing. The role also partners with card vendors to resolve processing, network, and operational issues; serves as an escalation point for complex cardholder concerns; and maintains knowledge of applicable state and federal card regulations. The position is based in Rome, New York, with a hybrid work arrangement. It is full-time, with compensation of $30.07 to $37.59 per hour; actual rates depend on experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop Card Services employees.
- Monitor workloads, performance, service levels, and deadlines.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team environment.
- Oversee daily credit and debit card operations and card issuance.
- Manage card settlements, postings, Salesforce tickets, cardholder issues, and general ledger balancing.
- Partner with card vendors to resolve processing, network, and operational issues.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex cardholder concerns.
- Deliver timely, professional, and member-focused solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and automation.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal card regulations.
