About The Position
As Supervisor, Card Services, you'll keep Envisant's card programs, products, and services running at full throttle-so member credit unions and partners get fast, accurate support when it matters most.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or recognized industry equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience
- Financial institution/payment industry experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Leadership, teamwork, and collaboration strengths
- Experience with RingCentral, FIS systems, and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations for the Cards Department
- Assigning work and schedules for member service representatives
- Coaching and developing staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission
- Providing technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (including balancing and workflow/user maintenance)
- Coordinating support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service
- Serving as an escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners
- Communicating clearly in writing and verbally
- Ensuring compliance with card network rules and regulations
- Building strong business relationships
- Participating in partner-led training tied to new product development
