About The Position

Ledcor Construction is seeking a motivated, safety-focused professional to join our Building Services team in Vancouver. This position will initially be assigned to a night shift for approximately two months on a project in Vancouver. Once the project is completed, the role will transition to a day shift assignment within the same team. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration/renovation construction
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening required
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid or willingness to obtain: Intermediate First Aid, Transportation Endorsement, WHMIS, and Fall Protection certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide quality control for labour and detailing activities
• Lead, train, and mentor Detailing Specialists
• Manage daily workforce allocation, performance, and productivity
• Perform hands-on labour duties as required
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for crew members, clients, and the public
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
