Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned employees including planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Troubleshoot maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Manage various facility repair projects. Plan and oversee contracted work to ensure quality and completion. Oversee and maintain several corporate office buildings to include maintaining Mechanical and Electrical systems. Documenting work performed, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, and managing work request systems using computer systems or other tools. Conducting daily inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and ensure safety and compliance. Monitoring supply levels for maintenance work and assisting with ordering necessary parts, equipment, and supplies. Supervise mail room and janitorial functions/personnel. Regular attendance is required.
