Requirements

  • Completed professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
  • Experience as Warehouse Manager (1 year), Transportation Manager (1 year), Administration Assistant (1 year), Distribution Supervisor (1 year).

Responsibilities

  • Assign, monitor, and supervise the reception of finished product and the reconciliation of inputs and auxiliary materials, ensuring the accuracy of physical and system inventories.
  • Validate the start-up of production lines, verifying labeling, product specifications, freshness, and inventory records.
  • Ensure that received products meet quality standards, packaging, identification, and storage conditions.
  • Coordinate human resources, equipment, and spaces required to guarantee the continuity of warehouse operations.
  • Supervise the reception, return, rejection, and restocking of products, inputs, and materials from suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications and records.
  • Assign personnel, equipment, and docks for loading, unloading, reception, and storage activities.
  • Coordinate and supervise the shipment and reception of inventories between distribution centers, ensuring compliance with transfer programs and established timelines.
  • Verify storage conditions, packaging, quality, and freshness of materials and products under custody.
  • Monitor shipping and receiving processes to prevent inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, and losses.
  • Assign and supervise loading and order distribution activities, ensuring correct and timely dispatches.
  • Control the reception, validation, and custody of inventories from returns and restocking.
  • Administer and supervise inventory control of finished product, packaging, pallets, and auxiliary materials.
  • Participate in physical, cyclical, monthly, and annual inventories to ensure the reliability of records.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of storage areas.
  • Administer warehouse spaces according to available capacity and material classification.
  • Execute and supervise compliance with operational safety regulations and measures.
  • Correct and report unsafe conditions or acts that pose risks to operations.
  • Supervise the registration of inventory entries, exits, and movements through systems and electronic devices.
  • Ensure the correct use of technological tools, equipment, and assigned accesses.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, train, and develop the personnel in charge to ensure the fulfillment of operational and productivity objectives.
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
  • Comply with and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
