Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Experience as a Procurement Manager (1 year), Administration Assistant (1 year), Warehouse Assistant (1 year)

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the requirements for raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials to ensure the fulfillment of the production program.
  • Coordinate with purchasing the generation and placement of orders, guaranteeing timely and complete deliveries.
  • Follow up on material supply to ensure availability in the required time and quantity.
  • Coordinate and control the reception and delivery of materials, complying with quality, safety, security, and environmental standards.
  • Supervise compliance with warehouse procedures for material entries and exits.
  • Ensure the quality validation of raw materials in conjunction with the corresponding area.
  • Monitor and manage daily inventories of raw materials, spare parts, and materials to ensure their reliability and availability.
  • Coordinate periodic physical inventories and analyze deviations to strengthen internal controls.
  • Implement corrective actions to eliminate variations and optimize inventory control.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of area indicators aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor results and correct deviations through timely action plans.
  • Guide the team to improve productivity, quality, and cost control.
  • Manage and supervise the availability of spare parts according to established maximum and minimum levels.
  • Coordinate material replenishment processes to ensure operational continuity.
  • Control the material master file, identifying obsolete, excess, or slow-moving items.
  • Manage the registration of new materials to facilitate their control and supply.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and security policies in the warehouse.
  • Promote continuous improvement through the identification and resolution of deviations.
  • Develop personnel, ensuring operational competencies for the fulfillment of their functions.
