POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Workforce Inclusion supervises Workforce Inclusion Specialist, behavior support, and/or employment services provided by PRIDE Industries while serving as a liaison with governmental agencies, employers, staff, residential services, and family members to provide updates and progress reports on individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in case management, social services, or related field.
  • Demonstrate supervisory skills to hire, provide required training, supervise, adhere to disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately.
  • Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, and written.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with external entities.
  • Supervise employees; ensure a competent motivated team through counseling and training.
  • Identify, facilitate, and evaluate training material to support individuals with disabilities with gaining skills needed for both pre-employment and post-employment.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, preparing, staffing, and administration of events.
  • Completes required reports such as maintaining accurate billing, timesheet, and expense reports for employees and individuals with disabilities.
  • Performs duties and special projects as assigned.
