Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing video content, preferably within digital media environments
  • Strong background in fashion and luxury content, with an understanding of brand voice and audience expectations
  • Proven ability to create engaging, internet-forward short- and long-form video content
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and emerging formats
  • Deep knowledge of the digital video landscape, including trends, platforms, and competitive content
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • In-office requirement: 4 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end video production across Fashion & Luxury Group, from concept through distribution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, and on-site platforms
  • Pitch and develop original video franchises in collaboration with editorial teams, identifying stories that translate into compelling, platform-native content
  • Translate brand editorial vision into high-performing video, balancing creative storytelling with platform strategy and audience engagement
  • Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production execution
  • Manage freelance talent and crews in partnership with production management, ensuring projects are staffed effectively
  • Guide post-production by providing clear, actionable feedback on edits, graphics, and overall storytelling
  • Implement and uphold video best practices, performance standards, and visual style guidelines
  • Supervise and mentor production teams, including producers, editors, cinematographers, and production assistants
