About The Position

VitalCare is a growing telehealth organization focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple states for long-term care facilities. Our care model utilizes experienced lead providers who conduct day-to-day telehealth consultations, with supervising physicians serving as clinical oversight and escalation support for complex cases. The Supervising Physician will provide clinical oversight and collaboration support for our telehealth provider team, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Lead providers perform daily consultation reviews and manage routine escalations, while higher-level clinical reviews and certain prescribing requirements will be escalated to the Supervising Physician when appropriate.
