Responsibilities

Lead a team and work outdoors, staying hands-on in the field.
Oversee field production, completing routes, and applying lawn treatments.
Enhance customer experience and engage with neighbors to drive sales.
Answer property owners' questions and resolve service issues on site.
Spot lawn needs and sell add-on services.
Build and manage the local team, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
Conduct field inspections and provide daily coaching to team members.
Oversee daily operations of the satellite facility, ensuring equipment is prepared, supplies are stocked, and equipment is running smoothly.
Ensure the facility and equipment reflect high standards of pride and care.
