About The Position
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists. This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on: Clinical quality, Documentation accuracy, Compliance, and Provider development. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum’s whole-person care model.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
- Eligible to supervise per state requirements
- Licensed in one or more: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
- 3–5+ years post-licensure experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide required individual and/or group supervision
- Review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
- Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards)
- Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation
- Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
- Review notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve consistency across clinicians
- Partner with Chief Medical Officer, Clinical leadership, and Operations & billing teams
- Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians
