About The Position

Mindfully is a minority woman-owned practice committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and personalized mental health care. We are seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LSW, MFT, LPCC, IMFT, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S) for immediate openings. This position offers the autonomy of private practice with the support of a well-established organization, handling billing, credentialing, insurance contracts, and administrative details. We are looking for individuals committed to working with children aged 5 and up, along with their families, and who are available for evening and weekend sessions.

Requirements

Clinical license in Ohio (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or equivalent)
Comfortable working in-office at our Strongsville, OH location
Willingness to provide services during evenings and/or weekends
Commitment to working with children 5 and up along with their families
Availability for at least 8 hours for weekends or weekdays after 4 PM

Nice To Haves

Supervisory license (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S)

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to clients, focusing on children aged 5 and up and their families.
Offer services during evenings and/or weekends.
Participate in peer consultation groups and small pod collaboration.
Select insurance panels to participate in.
