The Supervisor leads by example, coaches and develops associates, and ensures operational excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor helps maximize store profitability, fosters an inclusive team culture, and contributes to the store’s success.
