Requirements

  • DEC or university degree in science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or packaging.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in science will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate SHE requirements into all projects, especially during the design, addition, or modification phases of workstations or equipment.
  • Participate in finding solutions, especially during accidents, near misses, audits, risk analyses, and other SHE management system-related activities.
  • Report SHE risks or presumed risks identified during a new project or a decided modification in their sector.
  • Monitor standards and analyze deviations in Horoquartz.
  • Optimize resource utilization.
  • Approve production and packaging batch records.
  • Conduct investigations when required.
  • Review technical specifications with Specialists.
  • Replace the Production Supervisor - Packaging role when necessary.
  • Solve technical problems or report them to Maintenance.
  • Contribute to productivity improvement.
  • Ensure proper adherence to procedures, safety rules, and Canadian and American Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Monitor the schedule and report any deviations.
